Allow cooked pancakes to cool in a single layer to room temperature on an ungreased baking sheet or platter.

    • 5

    Freezing Pancakes

    • 7

Allow the pancakes to cool to room temperature in a single layer on a baking sheet or platter.

    • 8

Place a sheet of parchment or wax paper between each pancake and stack the pancakes six to eight inches high.

    • 9

Wrap each stack first in plastic wrap, and then again in aluminum foil. This will protect the pancakes from drying out.

Put the wrapped pancakes in a plastic freezer bag, then store the bag in an airtight plastic container. The pancakes will stay fresh approximately one to two months.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use a large enough container to keep the pancakes' shape intact.
