Turn off your Airlink101 router or modem, then unplug it from the electrical outlet. Leave it off for about 5 minutes, reconnect it to an electrical outlet, and then turn it back on.

Locate the reset button on the back of your device if you are still have connection problems. It is marked "Reset."

Press and hold the "Reset" button for for at least 10 seconds while your device is on.
