How to Broil Ahi Tuna
Most often at restaurants, chefs prepare ahi tuna, from the yellow fin tuna fish, in one of two ways: raw in sushi and sashimi, or lightly seared in a pan so that it is still raw in the middle. Although most chefs prefer to keep ahi tuna rare, broiling the ahi tuna is a quick and easy way to cook it fully if you don't want to eat raw fish. Just like with beef steak, ahi tuna steaks should be oiled and seasoned before placing underneath the broiler. Does this Spark an idea?
