How to Put Backgrounds on Facebook
Facebook is a social networking website that allows you to create personal pages, business pages and fan pages. It provides features such as posting status updates, sharing your personal information, adding Facebook friends, sending messages, chatting online and creating photo albums. You also have the ability to customize your Facebook page with a site, called Facebook Expressions, that specializes in Facebook backgrounds. All you have to do is select your background and allow the site access to your page to install the background you have chosen.

Open your Web browser and navigate to fbexpressions.com. View and select one of the backgrounds for your Facebook page. Click "Add Profile." You are redirected to your Facebook page. Type in your Facebook email and password, and click "Log In."

Click "Allow Facebook Access" when prompted. This gives the Facebook Expressions site permission to install the background you have selected. You are redirected back to the Facebook Expressions page.

Click "Add to Profile" once more to confirm your selection. Your Facebook page now displays the background you have chosen.
