How to Make a Storyboard in Photo Explosion
Photo Explosion is an all-in-one photo-editing program designed for both the amateur and professional. Click on "File."

Select "New Project" from the drop-down menu.

Drag and drop images from your photo library into the storyboard interface.

Click on an image and drag it to rearrange the order in which it appears in the storyboard.
