How Can I Get the Magus Sisters in "FFX"?
Cindy, Mindy and Sandy, otherwise known as the Magus Sisters, were originally characters in "Final Fantasy IV," but make a special appearance in "Final Fantasy X" as the last available Aeons. An Aeon is a magical being that Yuna can summon to fight on behalf of the party. While playing through the main storyline in "FFX," Yuna will receive several Aeons, however the Magus Sisters are optional Aeons that are only available by completing a special side-quest and obtaining two special items-- the Blossom Crown and the Flower Scepter.

Obtain all seven of the other Aeons besides the Magus Sisters. Five Aeons are unlocked naturally through the course of gameplay. Two Aeons are optional and require a special side-quest. Unlock Yojimbo by defeating him in the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth and negotiating a price for his services.

Unlock Anima by defeating Geosgaeno in the water by Baaj Temple. Swim north to get to the Temple of the Fayth. If you found the secret item in each of the other Cloisters of Trials, five pillars will be lit up. If not, return to these areas to collect the items. After you have visited the temple, a new area of Zanarkand Dome will be open. Visit the dome and solve the puzzles to receive the last secret item. Return to the temple and open the door to the Chamber of Fayth to unlock Anima.

Travel to Mt. Gagazet using your preferred method of travel and capture one of every monster in the area for the Monster Arena. These monsters include Grendal, Bandersnatch, Dark Flan, Ahirman, Achelous, Grat, Mandragora, Grenade, Behemoth, Bashura, Maelspike and Splasher. Return to the Monster Arena in the Calm Lands and speak with the owner to receive a Blossom Crown.

Travel to Remiem Temple in the Calm Lands using your preferred method of travel and talk to Lady Belgemine inside the temple. Agree to battle against her in a summoner battle. You can only use Yuna's Aeons for this battle so choose your strongest ones and use their best attacks.

Defeat Lady Belgemine's Valefor, Ifrit, Ixion and Shiva to get to battle Bahamut. Defeat Bahamut to receive the Flower Scepter.

Walk to the north door of Remiem Temple once you have the Blossom Crown and Flower Scepter. The door will now be unlocked allowing you to enter and obtain the Magus Sisters.

Tips & Warnings
After you have obtained all summons, including the Magus Sisters, you can challenge Lady Belgemine's other Aeons to obtain a Moon Sigil and complete her side-quest.
You do not have to defeat each of Lady Belgemine's Aeons in one sitting. If you are not strong enough you can return at any time after leveling up to challenge her again.
