How to Get Rid of DiscoBrick & Eyephedrine

DiscoBrick and Eyephedrine run on Apple OS X through iTunes.

DiscoBrick and Eyephedrine are visual plug-ins for iTunes with many more visualization options than iTunes has by default. Both for OS X, DiscoBrick is actually the successor of Eyephedrine, which is no longer available. If you're dissatisfied with DiscoBrick or Eyephedrine, you'll be happy to know that the uninstall process is simple. Getting rid of both just requires you to delete the correct file from your computer. Once you delete the file, you'll no longer have access to the advanced visualizations offered by DiscoBrick and Eyephedrine.

Instructions

1. Open "Finder" from your dock menu. Expand the "Devices" category if it isn't already expanded by clicking the arrow to the left of it.

2. Select your hard drive, usually labeled "HD." Click "Library," "iTunes" and "iTunes Plug-ins."

3. Right-click the "DiscoBrick.bundle" or the Eyephedrine entry. Select "Move to Trash" and empty your Trash to fully delete the plug-in.
