How to Offer Apple Discounts to Employees

Sign up for the Apple Employee Purchase Program.

The Apple Store offers discounts to business, education and government professionals, their friends and their families under special purchase agreements. The products must be purchased directly from Apple Store Online set up for the individual business or organization. Government agencies and educational institutions are automatically registered and users must click through the Apple Store for Government Agencies or Education. For businesses and corporations, the business must be approved for the program.

Instructions

1. Contact Apple at 1-877-272-4489. Follow the prompts to sign up for the Employee Purchase Program, or EPP. Alternatively, the form can be completed online

2. Register your company for the EPP with the representative on the phone. You will be asked to provide the business name, address and phone number. You will be assigned a dedicated Apple account executive. The representative will alert you to any information that will need to be faxed in for verification.

   If registering online, click the check box under "Upload your logo" and select the file to be uploaded. For the first name and last name section of the enrollment form, list the primary contact for administration of the program. Complete the form by checking any applicable boxes to your business and accepting the terms and conditions.

3. Customize your program with your Apple account executive. You will be asked to provide your business logo and a welcome message for the customized EPP site that will be set up for your employees.

4. Promote the website to your employees through email. Indicate the terms of the program as provided by Apple. Apple will also provide you with promotional materials to be distributed to the employees. Indicate to your customers the purchases must be made through your businesses customized link for the discounts to be provided.

5. Forward quarterly promotional emails to employees or post the information online for employees to promote usage of the program and the customized link.
