Research to find a case that fits your personality. Cases are available directly from Apple's website, Apple's retail store and a number of other online and retail outlets. Purchase a form-fitting case for your MacBook. Make sure the case fits your specific MacBook model. Older MacBooks and the newer Unibody MacBooks need different size cases. Make sure you order the correct case for your screen size. Choose from the 13-inch, the 15-inch or the 17-inch models available.

Clean your MacBook. Disconnect the power cord and use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the outside case. Use a damp cloth, if necessary, to remove dirt or stains. Do not spray water or cleaner directly onto the MacBook.
