How to Change the Default Letter Size on Word Envelope Wizard
The "Word Envelope Wizard" is a tool in Microsoft Word that helps you create perfectly addressed envelopes. The default settings for this tool will construct basic envelops. However, if you're not satisfied with the default settings, such as letter size, is simple to change. Configuring the default letter size settings can be achieved in a few easy steps.

Open a blank Word document. Click on the the "Tools" tab, found at the top center of the Word window, then select "Letters and Mailings" and click on "Envelopes and Labels." Alternatively, click on the "Mailings" tab, found in the tool bar near the top of the window, then click on the "Envelopes" button on the far left side of the tool bar.

Type the delivery and return addresses in their corresponding boxes and click the "Add to Document" button. The addresses will appear in the document in framed boxes.

Click on a framed box containing the address with the font and letter size that you want changed. Hold down the "Control" button on the keyboard and press "S" to select the contents of the box. Alternatively, highlight the text by left-clicking and holding down the mouse as you drag the cursor over the text.

Click on the "Format" tab found at the top of the screen with the text highlighted, click on "Font" and click on "Show Fonts." Change the letter size by typing in the size you want the font displayed into the "Size" found on the right of the window.

Click the "OK" button to commit the change. Adjust the size again if it's still too small or big.
