How to Check Tweet Searches
Twitter is a commonly used social network website that can be used on the computer, mobile phone and tablets. Searching for trends and popular topics can be done in a few steps on the website or client. You can search by hashtags which is a way to find trending topics by putting a # directly in front of a word without spaces.

Direct your browser to the Twitter website.

Sign in to your account with your username or email and password.

Type in a search term with just a word or with a hashtag (# in front of a word with no spaces) and click the small magnifying glass icon or click "Enter" on your keyboard. You can also click the trending topics on the left side of the twitter site window to check on popular topics.

Direct your browser to the Twitter search page and enter your term or words with or without the hashtag and click "Search" to find what people are talking about.
