How to Create a PHP Account
PHP, or Hypertext Preprocessor, is a programming language that you can download for free and use on your personal computer. In order to run PHP on your system, you will also need to download and install an Apache server and optionally My Structure Query Language (MySQL) for using databases. Apache and MySQL are also free to download and use. The combination of PHP, Apache and MySQL provides everything you need for developing web sites on your own system, but to make your websites accessible on the Internet, set up a hosting account that supports PHP.

1
Register a domain with a web hosting company, which usually involves a search for the domain name, filling out a form with your personal information and paying an annual fee. Some hosting companies offer free web hosting if you register a domain with them.

2
Look at the hosting company's plans to make sure that they support PHP. Most companies do, but you may come across some bargain plans stripped down to the bare minimum. When in doubt, search its support pages or frequently asked questions section to make sure that you can use PHP.

Sign up for a hosting account. After you find a plan that supports PHP and suits your needs, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Most hosting companies use a shopping cart system in which you can simply click on the plan you want. When you're ready to check out, enter your payment and personal information, and submit the checkout form. In the process of checking out, you should have to specify a password for entering into the client area for managing your account. Once you have that, your PHP account is ready.
