How to Compile an AutoCAD Menu
Autodesk AutoCAD versions 2010 through 2012 are robust computer-aided design (CAD) applications that design three-dimensional models and two-dimensional drawings. These versions of AutoCAD have hundreds of commands, and menus, buttons and toolbars provide access to many of these. However, a large portion of the commands must be typed into the command line, and designers may forget the command. Rather than searching through manuals and support forums, the designer can compile or create a custom menu with commands to use.
