How Can I Stop a Website Tab in Firefox From Continuously Reloading?
Some websites continuously reload their pages to ensure up-to-date information. Although this does indeed refresh the page with the latest news, it can be annoying when you're trying to read the posted information. Mozilla Firefox contains a feature to disable websites from reloading a Web page in your tab, which is accessed through the Options menu. However, disabling this website function will also prevent automatic updates on the page.
