I Have a Message Stuck in My AOL Mail: How Do I Clear It?
Messages are permanently stored in your AOL Mail account until you manually delete them from the server; but if you try and cannot delete the messages, you may have a browser issue rather than a mail issue. Your Internet browser stores downloaded information into its cache, which may require occasional clearing to refresh your browser page. Alternatively, a browser reset may be necessary to correct the frozen email message in AOL Mail.
