How to Auto Complete a Drive in "GTA IV"
Produced by Rockstar Games, "Grand Theft Auto IV" is a crime-action video game designed for the Sony PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. This is the first game in the series where you can automatically complete the drive from your current location to wherever your mission asks you to go, even if that is all you need to do during the mission. This is done by taking a taxi and paying the fare for the distance.

Press "L1" on your PS3 controller or "LB" on your Xbox 360 controller while a cab is passing by to hail it.

Walk up to the cab and hold "Triangle" or "Y" to enter the cab.

Press "X" or "A" to confirm your destination. By default, on a mission, your destination is the waypoint set by the mission. The cab automatically takes you to your waypoint.
