How to Subscribe to BlueMoon

Blue Moon sets up an individual website URL for all subscribers.

Since 1995, Blue Moon Internet Services has provided Internet access and web hosting services for residents in Buffalo and upstate, western New York. This company offers Internet access for individual homes and businesses. It supplies each subscriber with a pre-loaded, customizable HTML-based web page and also designs and maintains websites for companies. Subscription rates vary by cost depending on the type of account---business or individual---and the level of web hosting service and website design required. Account holders can subscribe or renew subscriptions by using the Internet or contacting Blue Moon directly.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the URL of the Blue Moon subscription renewal page (see Resources). Enter your existing username and password. Create a new account by entering "new," without the quotation marks, in the username text box and leaving the password text box empty.

2. Click on the drop-down menu to bring up the payment schedule options. Highlight and click on the subscription plan you want to purchase. Click the "Begin Order" button to proceed.

3. Review your order and click the "Continue with Changes" button if the order amount and type of subscription appears correctly. Click the "Make Changes" button to return to the subscription options. Approve any new changes by clicking the "Continue with Changes" button to enter a PayPal payment.

4. Enter your PayPal login ID or PayPal email and type in your password. Click the "Log in" button. Approve the payment in PayPal. Print or save a receipt for your records, if desired.

5. Complete the new subscription registration by speaking to a Blue Moon representative after the company processes your payment and sets up your new account. According to Blue Moon's website, this process can take up to four days. Blue Moon will call you to verify the new account and provide you with setup instructions for using their services.

6. Subscribe or renew your individual subscription over the phone if you do not have a PayPal account or if you wish to speak to a representative. Call 716-876-6398. Give the Blue Moon representative your existing account number or create a new account over the phone. You can pay by credit card or personal check via mail.

7. Call Blue Moon at 716-876-6398 to create or renew a business account. The company does not provide an online form for business account renewal or subscription. You can email Blue Moon to create or renew a business account by sending an email to [e-mail] and wait for a representative to contact you to set up the account by phone.
