How to Look Scary With Witch Makeup
Dressing up like a scary witch for a Halloween party or theatre production is easy with the right face paint, a sponge and a few makeup tools that you may already have in your bathroom. After painting your face, complete the outfit with a long fiery red wig, black hat and black dress. Don a seductive, wicked attitude that will give your character a truly terrifying demeanor. Instead of a broom, complete your scary witch costume with a painted neck, hands and any other exposed skin the same color as your face to give the impression that your entire body is green with envy.
