How to Upload the Fastest Browser

Sometimes you feel the need for speed - from a browser.

There's more to life than increasing its speed, an old saying goes, but it sure is nice to have a speedy Internet browser. Ever since the browser wars of the 1990s, browser makers constantly try to outdo each other when it comes to speed and features. Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox currently rule the roost when it comes to fast Internet browsers. Use the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser that came with your computer only to find and download Chrome and Firefox.

Instructions

1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet.

2. Launch the Internet Explorer browser by double clicking its icon on your computer's desktop or task bar.

3. Navigate to CNET's dowload site to acquire the Google Chrome browser. Click the download file. When the .exe file is fully downloaded onto your computer, double click the program to start the installation.

4. Follow all on-screen instructions to install Chrome.

5. Navigate again to CNET's download site to download Firefox. Follow the same procedure that you used with Chrome. Download the program, and then double click to start the installation.

6. Use one of the new browsers for a week before you decide if you want to make it your default browser. You can always switch back to Internet Explorer if you're not comfortable with Chrome or Firefox.
