How to Defeat the Magic Pot in 'Final Fantasy XII'
The Magic Pot is one of the most devious enemies in "Final Fantasy XII." It is immune to all types of elemental damage, cannot be harmed by physical attacks and shrugs off any magical spell you try to cast. It seems, by all accounts, to be a completely unbeatable enemy. There is, however, one trick to killing the Magic Pot, but it is an expensive trick to use.

Select the "Item" command when engaged in battle with the Magic Pot.

Scroll down the list of items and select the "Elixir" item.

Use the Elixir on the Magic Pot. The pot will consume the elixir and become vulnerable.

Attack the Magic Pot with your strongest spells and attacks. It will die after it has taken 30,000 points of damage.

Tips & Warnings
A character with the "Steal" ability can steal the elixir back from the pot right before it dies.
