How to Access a Direct TV Box From a PC
You don't need a big, fancy LCD TV to access the programming from your DirecTV satellite service. You can use a USB TV tuner adapter to transform the feed from your DirecTV set-top box directly to your computer's hardware. Once connected, the Windows Media Center application included in the Windows operating system allows you to view and even record your favorite shows right on your computer.
