How to Verify if Plesk Language Packs Have Been Installed
Plesk is a control panel-based Web development platform developed by Parallels. It simplifies tasks such as Web design, Web hosting and website publishing. Administrators can change the displayed language for the users of the platform. Access the Language Packs Management page to carry out any tasks pertaining to your language packs. A list on this page alerts you to the status of language packs, including the installed status of each pack.

Log in to the Plesk control panel.

Click the "Locales" button from the Server Administration page to access the Langauge Packs Management page.

Locate the list of available language packages. All languages listed are currently installed.

Identify the icon next to each language. If the icon is green with an arrow that resembles a play button, that pack is installed and enabled. If the icon is yellow with an exclamation mark, the language pack is installed but not enabled due to limitations within your license. If the icon is red with an "X," the language is installed but not enabled.

Tips & Warnings
Click the "Add Locale" button from the Language Packs Management page to install a language pack.
Click the check box next to a language and click "Remove Selected" to uninstall a language pack.
