How to Make a Bean Pole
A pole bean is a variety of bean that grows on long vines. Without support, pole beans will grow along the ground and the bean pods may rot or become stunted. A bean pole system provides the correct support for the vines, which makes for a tidier garden and easy-to-harvest beans. A single pole stuck in the ground is not usually sufficient, so constructing your support will involve more than one pole. Does this Spark an idea?
