  • Lemon juice

      Place the apple slices inside a zippered bag.

      Pour in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and close the bag, zippering it shut.

      Shake the closed bag a few times to coat the fruit with the juice. Store the fruit in a refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
