To view certain pages on the Internet, you must enable cookies. Cookies are small files that contain information that help to personalize certain websites. This information might include information about the website, settings from previous visits to the website and information about you. Although most websites use cookies to enhance your user experience, some websites can leave harmful tracking cookies that gather your personal information to spam you with advertisements. Although protecting your personal information is important, some websites require you to enable cookies to view particular portions of the website. Internet Explorer allows you to enable safe cookies and block any potentially harmful tracking cookies.

Selecting "High" is the safest setting because it blocks all cookies from websites that do not have a privacy policy and cookies that might save private information. The "Medium" setting blocks first and third party cookies that might save private information. The "Accept All Cookies" setting saves all cookies from any website.
