How to Auto-Post to Google Buzz

Google Buzz gives you the ability to auto-post your content from a number of different sources, including your blog posts, Twitter feed, Flickr and Picasa photos, Google Reader shares and Google chat status. In less than a minute, you can add all these sources or just the ones you want. Once added, all content that you post on these external services is automatically posted on your Google Buzz stream.

Go to Gmail.com and sign in to your account. Google Buzz is only available on mobile devices and through the Web-based Gmail application.

    • 2

Click the "Buzz" option from the left column. On the next page, click the "Connected Sites" next to your name. An overlay box appears on the screen.

    • 3

Click the "Add" button next to the source you want to auto post content from. If you do not see a specific item, go to your Google Profile and add external links to your profile.

    • 4

Click the "Save" button when you're finished. All future items you post on the synced services will post to your Google Buzz account automatically.

    Add New Sites

    • 5

Go to Profiles.google.com and log in to your Google Profile.

    • 6

Click the "Edit Profile" button and then click the "Links" area. An overlay box appears on your screen.

    • 7

Click the "Add custom link" and type the URL that points to your blog or other service. Although an external link may appear on your Google Profile, it cannot appear as a Google Buzz-connected site.

    • 8

Click the "Save" button to finish. If necessary, go back to Google Buzz to connect the site listed on your Google Profile to automatically sync on your Buzz feed.
