How to Check to See if Google Has Blocked My IP
Google detects your IP address each time you use a Google-owned service such as Google Search, Gmail and Google Translate. If Google suspects your IP address of sending automated queries, the address will get blocked. You can check whether your IP address is blocked by simply using Google Search.

Open a Web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome.

Go to Google.com.

Type anything into the search box and click "Google Search." If Google has blocked your IP address, you will receive a "403 Forbidden" error.

Tips & Warnings
Google will also block your IP address if automated queries are being sent by malware programs. If this is the case, clean your computer with an antivirus utility before using a Google service.
