How to Publish on a Facebook Wall by Email
Perhaps your work or school has blocked the Facebook site and you aren't able to access your Facebook account. But if you just can't wait to share your latest and greatest Facebook update, Facebook provides another way to share with your friends. You can publish to your Facebook Wall using a personalized email address provided to you from Facebook.

Log in to your Facebook account and go to the Facebook Mobile page at Facebook.com/mobile. Under "Upload via Email" is your personalized email to which you send status updates and photos.

Compose a new email in your email client. If you use Outlook, go to Outlook. If you use Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! or another email client, go to that account.

Enter the email address you found on the Facebook Mobile page in the "To" field.

Type your Status Update in the subject line and leave the body of the email blank. If you are posting a photo or a video, put the photo or video in the body of the email and type the caption in the subject line.

Click "Send."
