How to Reset an Inspiron 1525 Running Vista to Factory Settings

The Dell Inspiron 1525 is a basic laptop designed for the home user. Viruses, incorrect settings and corrupt files can cause the Inspiron 1525 to crash or experience errors. If antivirus software, diagnostic tools or troubleshooting can't fix the problem, you can restore the computer's factory settings as a last resort. This will wipe out any files or data stored on your computer, so save your files through Windows Vista's backup center before you start.
