How to Make a Clickable YouTube Video
YouTube has an annotations feature for videos that allows you to write out comments or information that appear while the video is playing. The annotations feature also allows you to create links to different parts of the YouTube website, such as another video, a playlist or to send a message to a specific user. The links you create make the video clickable. You cannot link to outside websites.
