How to Control Babies on Sims2
Sims 2 players create and control the lives of their Sim characters. The Sims are able to become pregnant and raise their children to adulthood. Once the children become toddlers, players are able to control their actions, but a cheat is available for players to see to an infant Sim's needs much easier. While infant Sims can't be controlled like their older counterparts, being able to see when a child is hungry or in need of some attention will make raising them much easier for both their Sim parents and the Sims 2 player.

Tips & Warnings
BoolProp is known to mess up your Sims game when left active for too long. Always turn the cheat you are using off when you no longer need it.
Baby Sims don't do anything so there is nothing for you to control. But when performing this cheat you can see to their needs instead of having to guess why they are crying.
