How to Get New EPF Gear in 'Club Penguin'
Disney's "Club Penguin" members can become a penguin spy by joining the Elite Penguin Force, or EPF, to make the island safe for all penguin kind. Hidden within the Everyday Phone Company is the EPF Headquarters, kept a secret from everyday penguins. Players must prove their penguin abilities in order to join this special agent force by passing a test of skills in the phone company building. Once a member of the Elite Penguin Force, players will receive new agent gear and earn the ability to purchase Elite Gear for their agent penguin.

Go to the EPF sign up page, or ask a current EPF member for an invitation. Click "Join the EPF" on the sign up page if you already have a "Club Penguin" account. If not, click "Create a Penguin" to first create an account so you can join EPF.

Choose a server to play on and join the game. Exit through the door on the left side of the screen. Go inside the Everyday Phoning Facility, the entry to the EPF Headquarters.

Click on the phone to answer it when it rings. Throw a snowball at the target that appears. Read the computer screen to follow the steps through the test.

Walk to the green square when it appears. Run to the red square when the computer screen reads "Go!" by placing your cursor on the red button and quickly clicking the left mouse button until your penguin reaches the square.

Step off the red button to begin the hiding step of the test. After the cameras have turned off, you will have 20 seconds to find a hiding spot where the cameras cannot see you.

Go to the blue square that appears after you complete the hiding portion of the test. Blue bars will come down and trap you. Throw a snowball at the control panel on the right side of the screen to escape the trap.

Enter the EPF elevator that appears after you pass the test. A screen will pop up welcoming you to the Elite Penguin Force, and you will get a new elite spy phone.

Click on the spy phone in the lower left corner next to the map to open the EPF agent options. Click on the symbol of a shield in the upper left corner of the phone screen to purchase Elite Gear.

Tips & Warnings
Free Penguin Club members can join the Elite Penguin Force, but only players who pay for a Penguin Club membership can purchase EPF gear.
