How to Stop Email Notices From Facebook
You can receive email notifications from Facebook for almost anything, from wall posts to event invitations. When enabled, you'll get a message in the email account you've linked to Facebook. Notifications can fill up your inbox quickly, and when you log in to Facebook you'll be able to track new activity anyway. If you'd rather not receive emails, you can edit your account settings by logging in to Facebook. Even after opting out of notifications, Facebook can still send you important account information via email.
