      Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools. Select Internet Options.

      Click on the General tab, then on Colors at the bottom of the page.

      Clear the "Use Windows colors" check box.

      Click on the color box for the window you want to change. Select the color you want and click OK. Change any other hyperlink colors the same way.

      Click OK to save your changes, then click OK to exit Internet Options.

      Check your changes by going to a new web page. Refresh the page to make sure the changes are visible.
