How to Uninstall a DNN Module

Save

Content Management System DotNetNuke (DNN) allows you to add functions to its system using files known as modules. However, if you no longer need to use a module, or if it's causing problems for the DotNetNuke installation, you also can remove the module using DNN's built-in tools for managing the add-on's.

  • Click on the Login screen on your DNN site, then enter your username and password.

  • Click on the "Host" menu icon at the list that appears.

  • Click on the "Module Definitions" option.

  • Click the "Edit" icon next to the module you want to remove.

  • Click "Delete Files" at the menu that appears, then click "Uninstall."
