How to Turn Your WiFi PCI Card Into an Access Point
If you have a computer connected to the Internet directly through a single-computer modem and want to share that computer's Internet connection, you can set up Internet Connection Sharing (ICS). Internet Connection Sharing enables your computer with a Wi-Fi card to act as an access point for other wireless computers to connect through. Therefore, this computer will connect your other computers to the Internet.
