CoTweet is a social networking posting software developed by Exact Target for businesses, providing them a central client that allows a business to easily add content to its Twitter accounts or Facebook pages. The software comes in two different versions, the Standard edition, which is Twitter only, and the Enterprise edition, which also comes with Facebook access. You need to have the Enterprise edition if you're interested in keeping your business's Facebook page updated.

Open CoTweet. Click "Settings." Choose "Workgroup." Give this Workgroup a name and click "Create Workgroup."

Go back to the Settings menu. Select "Channels" and click "Facebook." Log in to the Facebook account associated with your business's Facebook Page.

Click "Inbox" in the left sidebar. Select the option labeled "New Update." Select your newly added Facebook channel from the list of available channels.

Click "Facebook" and type your message. Choose "Publish Now" when you're ready to send this update to your Facebook channel.
