How to Update LinkedIn Status From Facebook
LinkedIn is a professional career networking site you can use to post your career history, educational background, professional affiliations, experience and connect with professional contacts, whether they be colleagues, bosses or people who work for companies you hope to join. Facebook offers a platform to connect with friends and family and share updates as well as offering business and fan pages. You can update your LinkedIn account through your Facebook account; however, you must use your Twitter account as the intermediary.

Sign in to your Facebook page and navigate to facebook.com/twitter.

Click "Link to Twitter." Type in your Twitter account username and password and click allow. You will now be able to post updates to your Twitter account by tying them into your Facebook "Status" box.

Sign in to your LinkedIn account. Click "Profile," "Edit My Profile."

Click "Add Twitter Account." Type in your Twitter account username and password.

Log back in to your Facebook account. Type a LinkedIn status update in your "Status" box. Your LinkedIn status will now be updated by Facebook through your Twitter account.
