How to Send an Email List on GoDaddy

GoDaddy provides the Web-Based Email service for individuals who wish to have a personalized email address. Users access their email through GoDaddy's secure, online email website. Benefits of GoDaddy's email service include the ability for users to send messages to distribution lists. A distribution list is a group of contacts organized under a single email list name. This makes it easier to send mass messages to a group of people without having to add individual email addresses.

Instructions

Create an Email List

1. Log in to Web-Based Email at GoDaddy.com.

2. Click "Address Book" and then select "Distribution Lists."

3. Click "Add Distribution List."

4. Enter the desired name for the distribution list in the appropriate field.

5. Click the contacts from the "Available Contacts" menu that you wish to add to the email list.

6. Click the ">" symbol to move the contacts to the "Select Contacts" menu.

7. Click "OK."

Send Email Using Email List

1. Click "Compose."

2. Click the "To" field and then click the email list of choice and click "Done."

3. Type your message and click "Send."
