How Do I Access an Unblocked URL?
You can block websites with the help of certain Web browser add-ons, third-party applications or by editing the "Hosts" file in Windows 7. When you block an Internet domain, Web browsers will not connect to any site on that domain. Once you unblock a previously blocked website, you can visit it by simply using its URL.
