How to Start an Enterprise Architecture Working Group
Enterprise architecture is the process where a working group uses a detailed strategy to design and implement a plan to address issues, such as business architecture, organization of departments and management. The business aspect distinguishes it from traditional architecture. Chief information officers, or CIOs, and enterprise architects in organizations use enterprise architecture working groups to explain the importance of information technology in the business of architecture.
