How to Back Up Blogger with HTTrack
HTTrack is an open-source Web-archiving application that can be configured to quickly download the entire contents of a website, including a Blogger blog. With HTTrack you can easily back up the entirety of your Blogger blog, including the blog content, design, comments and images. (While Blogger does offer a simple backup tool, the output file gives you only blog content, comments and category tags.) Once your blog is backed up, you can navigate it without an Internet connection using the HTTrack offline browser.
