Instructions

    • 1

Check the power supply cable if you are unable to turn on the Mutoh Falcon Outdoor Jr. Insert the cable firmly into the port on the back of the machine. Place the other end of this cord into a working AC outlet. If the cable is damaged, replace the cable with a new one and try again.

    • 2

Press the "Power" button to turn the machine off if the posters you are printing are coming out blurry or messy. Bad printing quality is often due to a buildup of paper dust on the rollers. Squirt some Eco-Solvent liquid onto a cloth and gently clean the roller, the printing board and the cutting slot.

    • 3

Clean the roller with Eco-Solvent if you see the error message "Jam Check Error" on the display. Check to see if there is any paper stuck in the rollers, if cleaning does not work. Clean the paper sensor located just below the roller with a cotton swab, if you see the "Media Error" message on the screen.

    • 4

Grasp the ink cassette between two fingers and pull outward to remove it from the machine, if you see the "No Ink" or "No Cartridge" error messages. "Low Ink" means you need to replace the used cartridge with a new one. Place a new cartridge into the opening to continue printing.
