Tweets posted to Facebook also include a link to the original tweet.

Twitter lets you post your tweets to Facebook automatically through a simple Facebook application. Once authorized, the application copies all your future tweets, but not your past tweets, to your Facebook profile. This saves you time and energy if you want to get the same message out to your Twitter followers and Facebook friends. The application also lets you post tweets to a Facebook Page of your choosing, as long as you have admin privileges.
