How to Import My Shape From "Second Life" to "Inworldz"

Save

"Second Life" and "Inworldz" are online three-dimensional virtual worlds. You can import shapes designed in "Second Life" to "Inworldz" by first exporting the shape from "Second Life" then importing it into "Inworldz." Shapes are a term used to describe objects in online virtual world games. You can only import and export non-animated and non-scripted shapes between the two games.

  • Open "Second Life," then open your character's inventory.

  • Right click the shape you wish to export and click "More."

  • Click "More" again, then click "Export."

  • Enter a name for the shape you are exporting. The shape will be exported and written as an XML file.

  • Open "Inworldz," then click "File/Import Linkset."

  • Select the XML file you exported from "Second Life," then click "Open." The shape will now appear in your "Inworldz"game.
