Kroger is the largest grocery store chain in America. Kroger's website allows you to sign in to view weekly Kroger ads and your Kroger Plus Card point balance. When you sign up with an email address, you can also opt to receive periodic emails from Kroger, including the store's monthly newsletter. If you haven't received email from Kroger in a while, check your email settings or contact Kroger.
Check the email address you signed up for with Kroger. If you don't see your Kroger emails in your inbox, check your spam folder. If your Kroger emails are going to your spam folder, add Kroger to your allowed senders list.
Change your email address to receive your Kroger emails. Log in at kroger.com and click "My Account." Click the "Change Email Address" link and type your new email address in the "New Email Address" and the "Confirm New Email Address" text boxes. Click the link in the confirmation email to activate your new email address.
Contact Kroger customer support -- either through the website or by calling 1-866-221-4141 -- and explain that you aren't receiving Kroger's email.
Tips & Warnings
- Kroger's customer database was hacked in early 2011. The only items on the database were names and email addresses. Don't open email from senders you don't know, and never provide information like credit card or social security numbers even if the email appears to have come from Kroger.
