The iPhone features a touchscreen display that you use to input information. The iPhone does not offer a backup input method. Therefore, if your iPhone screen breaks, you cannot make or receive telephone calls on your iPhone. In addition, you can not set up call forwarding directly from your iPhone device. You can, however, contact AT&T Wireless or Verizon customer service, and have them manually forward your iPhone calls to another number.
Call AT&T Wireless customer service at 800-331-0500. Alternatively, if you have a Verizon iPhone, contact Verizon at 800-922.0204.
Verify your account information. Answer the security questions to verify your identity. These questions may include your wireless number, name or Social Security number.
Tell the customer service representative that your iPhone has a broken screen and that you need to forward your calls to another number. Provide the customer service representative the number to forward the calls. The customer service representative will activate your call forwarding feature while you wait.
