How to Spawn a Helicopter or Airplane in "GTA IV"
Though it is not uncommon to spot airplanes flying around the skies of Liberty City or sitting idle at many of the game's various airports, the only spawnable aircraft in "Grand Theft Auto IV" is the Annihiliator helicopter. The Annihiliator is a military helicopter that features missiles and an automatic cannon. It is quicker and more durable than the non-spawnable civilian tour helicopters also found in the game.

Start a single-player game of "GTA IV."

Press "Up" on the directional pad if playing on a PS3 or Xbox 360, or press the "Up" arrow key on the keyboard if playing on a PC. The cell phone interface will open.

Enter the following code using the on-screen keypad on a PS3/Xbox 360 or keyboard on a PC: 359-555-0100. The Annihiliator will appear a few feet in front of you.
