How to Make a Bachelorette Bridal Veil
During wild bachelorette parties, the bride-to-be often distinguishes herself from her bridesmaids by donning a simple blusher veil. Such veils allow those around her to know that she is about to marry, often inviting congratulations from other party-goers. These headdresses do not need to be made of the valuable bridal netting used to make wedding veils. Instead, polyester veiling will do. Additionally, you may choose to coordinate your veil with your party attire, as the veil does not need to be white.
Things You'll Need

1
Cut the veiling into a rectangle measuring 45 inches wide by 25 inches long. Even up any jagged edges before proceeding, as they will show up on the final product. Give the bottom corners a rounded shape to give the veil a more gradual hem.
-
2
Ease stitch the top edge of the veil. This is done by sewing the netting using the widest stitch on your sewing machine and not knotting the ends of the seam. Pull the top threads taut to gather the veil's fabric evenly. Pin in place and sew over the top of the gathers to hold it.

3
Place the comb's bridge against the veil's gathered edge, holding the comb so that the teeth face up and away from the veil's fabric.

4
Hand sew the gathered edge of the veil to the bridge of the plastic comb. Do this by weaving the nylon thread through the comb's teeth and over its bridge, always passing through the veil's fabric with each stitch.

5
Knot the end of the nylon thread tightly and trim away the excess.
