How to Force DNS Client to Flush Cache
Windows lets you flush the DNS, or Domain Name System, cache that exists on your computer. This cache is responsible for automatically resolving host names into IP addresses. Once flushed, the cache will be refreshed from your ISP the next time you request a domain.

Open the "Start" menu.

Type "cmd.exe" in the search box and press "Shift" and "Enter."

Type "ipconfig /flushdns" without quotation marks, then press "Enter." Your DNS is now flushed.
